The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to work as our Operations Support Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include:
Front of House/Client Liaison:
· Managing reception area, first point of contact welcoming clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
· Supporting to assist in organising events in conjunction with the Operations Director.
· High level of understanding of client confidentiality.
· Managing and maintaining housekeeping for the office.
· Setting up meeting rooms, arranging lunches and assisting with arranging internal events.
Administrative Support:
· Handling company correspondence including incoming and outgoing letters, packages and first point of contact for handling incoming calls, in a timely and effective manner.
· Ensure any follow up administrative tasks are handled and/or directed to the relevant person.
· Liaise and work effectively with the Operations Director to ensure an aligned approach to office support.
· Any other Ad Hoc requirements to support the operation to be fully functional, delivering excellent client service and operational support..
Facilities Management:
· Support with inventory of office supplies, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished efficiently
· Ensure office and meeting rooms are equipped and set up to support meeting facilities for client meetings
· Maintaining a clean and organised office appearance
About you:
Qualifications & Key Skills:
· Experience in a customer/client service role within a similar environment would be highly desirable
· Positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
· A professional appearance and demeanour
· Excellent customer/client service skills
· The ability to uphold client confidentiality
· Great time keeping and time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels
· Care and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with Apple software preferred but not essential.
